Removing labels from vials – safely, without leaving any residue and without heat
In the pharmaceutical industry, labels must adhere reliably, yet be removable without leaving residue in cases of repackaging, cancellations, or label errors – even from filled glass infusion bottles (vials).
Our de-labelling system removes labels, including the adhesive, quickly, safely and without leaving any residue – without the use of heat. The fully automated, particularly gentle process is also suitable for glass infusion vials that have already been filled, and protects both the vial and its contents.
The labels are automatically discharged and collected in big bags and drain bags for disposal. At the same time, the vials are dried.
For smaller batch sizes, semi-automatic configurations with manual loading and/or drying are available. The process is also suitable for other types of bottles and containers across a wide range of industries.

Waterjet Stripping Plant
Precise coating removal – Waterjet stripping for the semiconductor industry
During wafer manufacturing, materials such as tungsten, titanium or copper are applied. In the process, unwanted coatings also build up on the shields of the process chamber, which have to be removed regularly – previously mostly in a time-consuming and costly manner using chemicals. The waterjet stripping machine removes coatings quickly, safely and economically – chemical-free using a high-pressure water jet and rotating nozzles. High material removal rates and innovative recycling technology enable efficient and resource-saving cleaning. Teach-in and self-centring ensure simple, precise processing. The Servo-Jet4000 high-pressure pump, low pressure losses and integrated material recycling guarantee high productivity. A safety and soundproofing enclosure, viewing window with a cleaning function and mist separator round off the system.
